Introductory provisions

These General Terms of Use prescribe the conditions and rules related to the use of the 234.hr website and the use of the interface (system) for displaying earned revenue and calculating earnings, both of which are managed by the company 234 Ltd. for computer activities, registered at Ribnjak 44 street, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. In this regard, the words "we" and "our" and all their derivatives in the following text will refer to the company 234 Ltd. The words "234.hr website" refers to the 234.hr website itself and to all of the other websites or interfaces owned or managed by us, such as the interface for displaying earned revenue and calculating earnings, whether accessed via a desktop computer or laptop, mobile device or other devices.

Using the website

By accessing, using, searching, viewing or any similar act, the user unequivocally confirms that he has fully read, understood and agreed that these Terms of Use bind him, and that he will act in accordance with these Terms of Use, as well as all legal norms and related law and regulations arising from these Terms of Use according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The end user is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords and data obtained by using the above-mentioned passwords. The end user agrees and accepts that, due to reasons within or beyond our control, the access to websites sometimes may be disrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any business segment at any given time, including, without limitation, the content, time of availability, and credentials required to access or use our website or interface. We may stop sending any part or any type of information, change or disable any type of data transfer, as well as any other related characteristics.

Using the interface for displaying earned revenue and calculating earnings

In terms of using the interface for displaying earned revenue and calculating earnings, the user hereby accepts that the fee belonging to the company 234 Ltd. is calculated based on earnings, and is expressed as a percentage. Earnings are defined as the difference between realized revenue and expenses. Some examples of revenue are income from Google Ad Exchange ads, Open Bidding, backfill partners, and the like, while an example of expense is the cost of displaying an ad impression.

All legal disputes that may arise are under the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb and are resolved in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia. By using these web pages, the end user agrees that any dispute or claim arising from, or related to these Terms, or in connection with their implementation, is within the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb.
